Once you’ve met the basic criteria, it’s time to observe Lend A Heart in action and apply to be a volunteer.

Request a Shadow Visit at least ONE WEEK in advance by email, lendaheart.aat@lendaheart.org.

  • It helps you determine if becoming a team with Lend A Heart is a good fit for you.
  • One Shadow Visit is required as part of the volunteer application process.
  • You may shadow several visits. This allows you to see the variety of program types and the clients served.
